Laura Danielson - Chief Operating Officer

Laura Danielson brings over 18 years of experience in the litigation support arena to PaperChase Litigation Technologies. Her experience includes former litigation paralegal, project management, operations management and consulting, and overall executive business and financial management in litigation support services. In her role as a litigation paralegal she participated in over 80 trials in Federal and State Courts around the country. Laura was employed by a leading national litigation support technology company for many years, and in charge of building, implementing and managing a superior litigation support team at Foley & Mansfield PLLP.

Laura is a published author and speaker on various topics including: records management, managing technology for large complex litigation matters, trial preparation and support, e-Discovery, implementing in-house tools for processing, and best practices in the litigation support. At PaperChase, Laura is responsible for the overall management, operations and marketing of the company. Laura is very involved in the litigation support community and is considered an industry expert.

Laura ensures that the PaperChase team works together to meet and exceed clients’ needs and expectations. She provides clients with out-of-the-box solutions in a variety of forms from consulting to trial support. She believes in continuous improvement in litigation support and constantly looks for new and cost-effective solutions to better assist her clients.

Amber Dahlin - Project Manager

Amber Dahlin brings five years of experience, which consists of working for a national litigation vendor and an in-house litigation support department. She specializes in project management, database design, document management analysis, records management and trial support.

Amber provides her clients superior customer service and cost-effective solutions for each litigation support project. Her problem solving skills ensure effective project management that directly links to the client’s success. Amber uses innovative and state of the art technology in trial support, giving clients a competitive advantage in the courtroom.

Heather Mills - Sr. Litigation Support Specialist

Heather Nelson brings several years of experience from an in-house litigation support department. She specializes in knowledge management, document management analysis, and records management. Her experience from inside the law firm allows her to better understand clients’ needs and expectations. Her superior organization skills and attention to detail across each project from start to finish save clients time and money.

Kevin Marquis - Technical Specialist

Kevin Marquis consists of several years of experience in litigation support and customer service. He specializes in operational document processing which includes: scanning, OCR extraction, e-discovery processing, load file creation and database design.

Kevin ensures clients standard operating procedures and consistency in processing documents from start to finish. He simplifies litigation support by utilizing leading edge technology making the litigation process more efficient for clients. He gives clients confidence that all jobs will be handled with care, consistency and that processing meets industry standards.
